Collection and shipping methods:

Possibility of collection at the headquarters in the municipality of Rome in Via Labicana 46,00184, RM.
We ship via insured express courier.
Insurance is included in the shipping costs and covers the entire value of the work. Before accepting the package, make sure it is intact.

We recommend accepting with reservation.

Shipping costs and delivery times:

​

Shipping costs vary from €10 to €900 depending on the type of work. The increase in shipping costs is linked to the size and fragility of the work: if necessary, a custom-made wooden case must be created to protect the work from potential damage during transport.

 

The cost of the crate and packaging is always included in the shipping cost.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated before proceeding with payment.Delivery times for European Union member countries vary from 2-5 working days to 7-14 working days for works that require a protective case. For shipments outside the EU there may be delays due to customs.

Returns:

 

If the work is not as you expected and you intend to return it, you can do so within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Send us an email to info@digregorioarte.com or call us on +39 06 83991123. We will send you the Return Authorization Form via email, without which your return will not be accepted and will be sent back. Afterwards, you will need to carefully package the work and send it to the address:
